The Maison Félix Leclerc is classified as a historical monument and has a permanent exhibition that invites guests to learn all about this star of song, theatre, and poetry. Musée régional de Vaudreuil-Soulanges 2

Built near 1847, this imposing structure began its life as Collège Saint-Michel, functioning as Vaudreuil Village’s boy’s school. In 1958, it became the home of the Musée régional de Vaudreuil-Soulanges. Through its permanent and temporary ethnologiccal exhibitions, this museums acts as a witness to the evolution of this region’s way of life. The museum houses and protects over 9,000 magnificent objects of Quebec’s material heritage. Themed activities are offered for children during the city’s many cultural events, and adult workshops are planned throughout the year. The museum is especially active with heritage and artistic workshops during the Seigneuriales de Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Église Saint-Michel 3

Built in 1783, Saint-Michel Church is one of three churches in the Saint-Michel Parish. The neo-gothic building is best known for its bell tower, which was reconstructed according to original plans following a fire. Located right in the heart of Old Vaudreuil, Saint-Michel Church is definitely worth the photo op! No matter what the time of year, this church is alive with activity. Full of celebration, this heritage building hosts concerts and other cultural events. In winter, lanterns light up the grounds, recalling days since past.
