About
Zen Saturdays are back in 2026! Every Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., from May 30 to October 10, join free yoga sessions by the canal! Sessions take place at the western mouth of the Soulanges Canal in Thomas-Monro / Louis-Stanislas-Pariseau Park. Cancelled in case of rain, check Facebook for updates starting at 8:30 a.m. on the morning of the session.
