Montérégie is known for its orchards and is undoubtedly the region par excellence to go apple picking. So, from the end of August to mid-October, prepare your recipes for pies, crisps and compotes, the Vaudreuil-Soulanges orchards are waiting for you!

There's a great choice of orchards in our region. So here's a brief overview of the different options, so that you can choose the experience that best suits you and your family. Happy picking!

Le Verger Labonté

The Experience: Le Verger Labonté has become much more than just an orchard! In addition to offering a large selection of pick-your-own apples, we love the famous corn maze and their outdoor riddles and investigation games! You can also find on the site few farm animals, a playground, a picnic area, a cozy boutique and a bistro. An original outing for a perfect fall day!

Plus! The orchard received its ECOCERT certification in 2023! So you have peace of mind by picking 100% organic apples.

La Ferme Quinn

The Experience: The Quinn Farm is definitely a favourite for young families, in all seasons! Tractor rides, farm animals, an original outdoor playground and a store selling homemade and local products will delight the whole family!

Plus! During apple season, you can also pick corn (until mid-September) or pumpkins and squash (in October). You will also find all these and several other seasonal products at the shop. Plenty to make sure you leave with a basket full of fresh fruits and vegetables!

La Ferme Anse au Sable

No booking necessary

The experience: Neighbour of the Quinn Farm, this farm offers a simpler and more traditional experience, without pretension, but just as enjoyable. A small outdoor kiosk welcomes you at the entrance of the parking lot with freshly picked seasonal products and some homemade products. This farm grows a wide variety of fruits and vegetables from June to October.

Plus! During your visit to pick apples, you could also, depending on the season, pick pears and plums.

Le Verger de Hudson Bio

Start of the season: Early September
Book in advance for weekends

The Experience: The Verger de Hudson Bio takes great pride in its organic cultivation. For a nice quiet day in the countryside, this is the perfect place. The owners even encourage you to bring your picnic to spend some more time in their beautiful orchard. You will also find at the boutique some pears, plums, honey and garlic grown in the orchard, as well as a nice selection of products for gourmets.

Plus! All year-round, the Verger de Hudson Bio organizes one-off events, such as gourmet suppers with guest chefs or artistic retreats at the orchard. Make sure to keep an eye on their events calendar!

La Bleuetière et verger Saint-Thomas

The Experience: This family orchard also offers a simple and authentic apple picking experience. After your picking, be sure to stop by the kiosk to take home some of their delicious blueberry and apple products. Pies, crisps, jams, blueberry chocolates… not to mention their famous blueberry ice cream! A must try!
