Head to Rivière Beaudette, where the owners of Ferme La Belle et ses bêtes will welcome you for a guided visit to discover the joys of the farm and its animals. You will be able to pet and feed alpacas, miniature donkeys and horses. You’ll also meet the farm’s ducks and chickens. On site, explore the boutique offering items made with alpaca wool, including hats, scarves, socks and mittens to keep you warm all winter long. The farm also has a variety of crops, like pumpkins and garlic. Farm visits are by reservation only on weekends, and you may even be able to help feed the animals! Everyone is welcome!

Located on the shore of the Lac Saint-François, The Saint-Zotique beach is always a popular place for family outings during beautiful summer days. Whether you want to go for a swim, a picnic or a game of volleyball, this is the perfect place! You can also go on an adventure on the lake by renting a pedal boat, canoe, kayak or paddle board. The little ones will surely enjoy the paddling pool and the playground. The site is also open in winter! Come and explore the beach trails by walk, on snowshoes, cross-country skis or on fatbike. Fatbikes can be rented on site. There are nearly 5 km of trails designed to make you discover the beach from a different perspective. In summer or winter, various activities are organized.

Kayaks et SUP au canal de Soulanges 3

During the summer, it is now possible to experience the canal in a whole new way! Paddling! In downtown Coteau-du-Lac, directly on the Soulanges bicycle path, a rental container for non-motorized boats is installed. Perfect for cooling off on hot summer days! There are single, double kayaks and paddle boards. Consult canaldesoulanges.ca for current prices. At all time, children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent for rental. Please remember to bring sunscreen, a bottle of water, a snack and appropriate clothing.
