Ferme La Villageoise et Musée de la Ferme
591, chemin Sainte-Claire - Rivière-Beaudette, Québec J0P 1R0
Located in Rivière-Beaudette, this charming farm, belonging to the Aumais family, will introduce you to one of the largest collections of antique farming tools in North America. With over 600 pieces on display, the family agreed, in 1988, that a place was needed to store the tools kept over the years. In summer, take a guided tour during one of the open days to discover the trades of yesteryear. Children will love the farm animals, while adults will be impressed by the story in each tool. At the end of your visit stop by the store to purchase tasty and unique local products such as sausages, pork chops, chickens, or filet mignons. Don't leave without your eggs and bacon! Be ready for a visit rich in flavours and history!
