Get your family moving over the school break. Many drop-in activities to choose from! And, come and test your sports skills at our special activities on Tuesday, March 5 on the skating rink and Thursday, March 7 on the turf.

Special activities on the ice - Tuesday, March 5, 2024

• Ice activities with HRS Skating Club: 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.


• Hockey skill contest  - 8 to 12 years old: 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.


• Hockey skill contest - 13 years and older: 2:30 - 4 p.m.


• Parents-children hockey: 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Special activities on the turf - Thursday, March 7, 2024

Soccer clinic - Skills activities with the SLH soccer club :

• 4 to 12 years old : 1 p.m. - 2 p.m


• 13 years old and over : 2 p.m. - 3 p.m

Drop-in activities from Monday, March 4 to Friday, March 8, 2024

• Drop in skating: 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and  3:30 p.m. - 5 p.m. * except March 5


• Drop in hockey -  8 to 12 year old: 12:30 p.m. - 2 p.m. * except March 5


• Drop in hockey - 13 years and over: 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. * except March 5


• Drop in sports: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. * half field on March 7, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Cost

• Resident drop-in skating and turf sports: $1


• Resident drop-in hockey: $4


• Resident drop in hockey parent-child : $4 (1 adult with maximum 2 children)


• Non resident : drop-in skating and turf sports: $3


• Non resident: drop-in hockey: $3


• Non resident : drop-in hockey parent-child: $7 (1 adult with maximum 2 children)


• Rebate card: $10 for 10 entries (for drop-in skating and soccer only)


• Cash only


• Payable at Complexe Sportif St-Lazare entrance

Drop in skating

• Skates are mandatory on the ice


• Strollers are accepted

Drop in hockey

• Limit of 28 players


• A maximum of 2 parents are allowed during the hockey 8 to 12 years old


• Access to the locker room :
  - 30 minutes before the beginning of the activity for residents
  - 15 minutes before the beginning of the activity for non-residents
  - Proof of residency and age required


• Mandatory equipment :
  - helmet with visor or half-visor
  - field hockey gloves
  - neck guard

Drop in sports

• Limit of 80 players on the full field


• Sports must be safe and not interfere with the participants


• Baseball bats are not allowed


• You must bring your own balls


• Indoor shoes only
