Demonstration at Parc historique de la Pointe-du-Moulin

Artisans will be present at the Pointe-du-Moulin Historical Park on certain Sundays during the summer. They will introduce you to different period crafts through demonstrations where you can ask them all your questions! This month, come and discover the workshop of Charles Brousseau, wood craftsman, and the creation of a miller’s shovel. The demonstration will take place at the historic area on July 14th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come and discover the trades of yesterday!

Where's the fun?

Parc historique de la Pointe-du-Moulin

2500, boulevard Don-Quichotte - Notre-Dame-de-L'Île-Perrot, Québec J7V 7P2

514 453-5936

This incomparable regional treasure will transport you over 300 years ago to the days of New France. The park is officially closed in winter, but the trails remain accessible nonetheless for those who would like to take a walk and admire the white landscape of the historic buildings covered in snow and the frozen lake. For the full experience, come back in summer! You will meet characters from the past who will make you discover the traditional life of the seigneurial regime. Rich in history, the Parc historique de la Pointe-du-Moulin has one of the only two functioning windmills out of 18 in Quebec. It is also possible to reserve the site for your receptions, wedding or other special events.
