Bike ride in the night at the canal
About
The starting point is at the Pointe-des-Cascades Nature Park at 3, Chemin du Canal, Pointe-des-Cascades.
The activity is from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., please arrive in advance.
Equipment is provided and will be adjusted for your comfort:
- Mountain bike
- Helmets
- Front lights
The activity is free, but places are limited. An instructor will accompany the group throughout the evening. This unique experience will allow you to discover the wonders of nature from a whole new perspective, illuminated by the glow of your headlamp.

Parc du canal de Soulanges

Stretching on 23.5 km, the Canal de Soulanges is an old waterway that connects the municipalities of Pointe-des-Cascades, Les Cedres, Coteau-du-Lac and Les Coteaux. Inaugurated in 1899 and closed to navigation in 1959, the Canal de Soulanges is considered a major heritage in Vaudreuil-Soulanges. Take a ride of bicycle on the Soulanges bike path along the canal towards the municipalities of Saint-Zotique and Rivière-Beaudette. Discover the major points such as the Village des Écluses, the Parc des Ancres, the locks, the Petit Pouvoir and l'Embouchure on your way. The parking lots are at : Pointe-des-Cascades (67, ch. du Fleuve), Les Cèdres (Saint-Féréol near of the intersection of route 338), Coteau-du-Lac (20, rue Principale) and Les Coteaux (51, chemin du Fleuve).
