The À la découverte des racines du monde project invites you to a series of events dedicated to exploring the culinary heritage and cultural richness of Saint-Lazare’s communities.
For the second event in a series of 4, we are delighted to showcase the Irish community, who will share their unique traditions.
These events promote intercultural exchanges and encourages meetings between members of different communities. By bringing together participants from diverse backgrounds, we aim to celebrate diversity, encourage dialogue, and strengthen social cohesion.
2 p.m to 3:30 p.m.: Irish poetry and story telling for children
4 p.m to 5:30 p.m.: lecturer on Irish history
6 p.m to 7:30 p.m.: Irish buffet (registration required)
7 p.m to 8 p.m.: Irish dance performance by Costello Irish Dance
8:30 pm to midnight: traditional Irish musical evening with Mariner's Curse (registration required)
