Première Moisson

Did you know that the Première Moisson, whose reputation is well established in Quebec, is from Vaudreuil-Soulanges? In fact, the first bakery was built in 1992 in Vaudreuil-Dorion, and is still very much alive and popular today! In 2007, the company even inaugurated the Les Moulins de Soulanges flour mill, located in Saint-Polycarpe, and became the first bakery to use wheat flour without chemical inputs and produced locally in all its breads.
