Érablière du Ruisseau
A family tradition from 1940 to today!
Back in the 1940s, Claire and Aimé Besner welcomed family and friends to their rustic sugar shack. Then, in 1980, their son François and his wife Ghyslaine took over the business, inviting small groups to the cabin during the sugaring-off season. Following a fire in 1999, the Besner family built a brand new sugar shack on site, one that stayed true to the spirit of the old cabin's heritage. Since 2000, the Érablière du Ruisseau has welcomed true lovers of the maple sugar season! The sugar shack now boasts a large reception room, dance hall, a mezzanine, and an outdoor terrace. Come on over to treat yourself to sweet maple syrup and a great meal in an enchanting atmosphere!
