The team offers tasty breads and leavens, healthy and tasty with very low gluten content. With the expertise that the owner has acquired in making bread from ancestral grain, Daniel Des Rosiers wishes to share his knowledge. He offers courses and conferences on the manufacture of sourdough bread, offered to bakers and the general public.
