Ready to travel back in time to the days of New France on skates or snowshoes? Head over to the Parc historique de la Pointe-du-Moulin on Île Perrot!

Lace up your skates and cruise along the one-kilometre ice skating trail all the way to the scenic windmill—one of only two functional windmills that still exist in the Quebec—or strap on snowshoes and discover the 850-metre Coureurs des bois trail. Learn about the role of the coureurs des bois—French Canadian woodsmen and fur traders—and the history of the third seigneur and fourth seigneuresse of Île Perrot.
