La Piste cyclable Soulanges fait partie de la Route verte No 5, ce qui la rend accessible à partir de l'île de Montréal ainsi que de l'Ontario via la Waterfront Trail. Parfait pour sportifs et les familles. N'oubliez pas d'utiliser les stationnements gratuits situés dans la courbe de la route 338 et devant l'église. Pour les cyclistes aguerris, faites l'essai du circuit cyclable du canal de Soulanges qui emprunte 22 des 35 km de la piste cyclable Soulanges.

Places to discover along the Soulanges cycle path
Get ready for a day of discoveries by bike along the Soulanges cycle path! You will discover some historical remains linked to the canal, such as the lighthouses, the locks and even an old hydroelectric power station. Need a break? Stop at a vineyard, or admire nature and history at the Coteau-du-Lac National Historic Site, enjoy an ice cream, cool off at the beach or visit a small farm. End the day at the Village des Écluses or at the Embouchure to enjoy a meal by the water and a festive summer atmosphere.
Cross the river aboard the maritime shuttle
In service from the end of May until October, the maritime shuttle connecting Les Cèdres to Salaberry-de-Valleyfield is ideal for cyclists who want to enjoy the Soulanges cycle path and continue their exploration on the trails of the Parc régional des Îles-de-Saint-Timothée in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. The departure is from the municipal quay of Les Cèdres.
Mountain biking and BMX
Mont Rigaud is one of the rare places in Montérégie where it is possible to practice mountain biking. The mountain offers more than 20 kilometers of Enduro trails ranging from beginner to advanced courses, as well as a bike park. Le Mont also offers a mountain bike equipment rental service and a workshop with repair and minor maintenance services. The Centre de la nature Quatre-Saisons in Coteau-du-Lac also offers a few kilometers of mountain bike trails as well as a “pump track” style course for BMX bikes.
