Race Down the Slopes in All Seasons

Mont Rigaud is a top-notch family resort located near the village centre of Rigaud, close to Montreal. Les sentiers du Mont Rigaud

Located in the heart of Mont Rigaud, the Escapade Trails form a 27-kilometre recreational network. An educational trail is available with 25 interpretive panels placed throughout the trails. In summer, visitors can enjoy hiking, horseback riding, wildlife observation, and running. In winter, activities include hiking, snowshoeing, fat biking, and cross-country skiing. Interpretive nature hikes are offered for school or corporate groups.

Less than an hour from Montreal

Located between Montreal and Ottawa, the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region is easily accessible by train (line 11 Vaudreuil/Hudson) and bus (line 40 – Express Vaudreuil), or by car via Highways 20, 30, and 40.

Please note that the public transit fare to get to Vaudreuil station is not included in the shuttle ticket.

Is the price of the public transit fare (train or bus) to get to Vaudreuil station included in the price of the shuttle ticket? 

No, you must purchase your own transit fare (train or bus) to get to Vaudreuil station.

The ticket sold on this ticketing platform only includes the shuttle service from Vaudreuil station to the tourist attractions and the return to the station. You must independently organize your transportation to and from Vaudreuil station.

How do I purchase a public transit fare (train or bus) to get to Vaudreuil station from the Island of Montreal? 

Please refer to the exo.quebec website for information on rates and purchase procedures for transit fares.

To use the train between Montreal and Vaudreuil, an All Modes ABC fare is required. This fare provides access to the metro, train, and bus.

For bus-only travel, the Bus fare is available at a lower cost.

The Occasional smart card can hold 1, 2, or 10 tickets. For more information about the Occasional card, please visit exo’s website.

How much does an exo transportation fare cost? 

For a round trip, there are several different ticket combinations available. For example:

  • 2 All Modes ABC tickets cost $13.50.
  • 2 Bus ABC tickets cost $7.
  • The Unlimited Weekend All Modes ABC Fare, valid from 4 PM on Friday to 5 AM on Monday, cost $15.75.

What are the train and bus schedules on the days when activities are offered? 

Train: consult the schedule for line 11-Vaudreuil/Hudson.
Bus: consult the schedule for line 40 Express Vaudreuil – Terminus Côte-Vertu.

*Be sure to select the weekend schedules, which are different from weekday schedules.

If I miss the shuttle departure, can I get a refund? 

No, we do not offer refunds.

We invite you to refer to an organizer at the welcome kiosk at the station if you miss the shuttle boarding.

Is it possible to change the return time of the shuttle once on-site? 

No, as we are limited in terms of seats, you must respect the return time indicated on your ticket.

If I miss the shuttle departure from a site, is it possible to take the next shuttle? 

We cannot guarantee seat availability on the next shuttle. We can only offer you the next shuttle if we assess that seats are available on the same day.

Since my reserved activity takes place during meal times (lunch and/or dinner), is it possible to eat and drink at the visited attractions? 

We recommend visiting the attractions’ websites to check the information and plan your meals accordingly. Some offer meals, while others only provide drinks or snacks.

Can I bring my picnic?  

Of course! However, we cannot guarantee that picnic tables will be available. Therefore, we suggest bringing a blanket so you can set up and enjoy your meal!

Can I get assistance with purchasing my shuttle tickets? 

Yes, you are welcome to call 1-866-469-0069, and you will be guided through the process of booking your outing.

Is this activity (transport and visiting attractions) suitable for people with reduced mobility? 

Unfortunately, no, this activity is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. There is walking involved, and the buses and locations are not fully equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
