Le Nichoir will be hosting a fundraising event with a screening of the film Wings over Water. This will be followed by a discussion with question period from a panel of professionals working in wild bird conservation, biodiversity and citizen science. The purpose of this event is to reconnect with our local community, and offer the public the opportunity to participate in an open discussion about biodiversity loss, and how you can get involved in citizen science. It should be a lot of fun so we hope you can join us.

Tickets: $45 (includes $20 tax receipt, screening, panel, snacks, Bird Friendly coffee, raffle and cash bar).

The Hudson Village Theatre is a true theatrical institution in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region. The brainchild of Heather Markgraf-Lowe, the organization came to life back in 1993. In 2000, a successful community financing campaign led to the purchase of the Hudson train station, which is now the site of the theatre's famous productions, as well as many other cultural events. Today, with events happening the year long and a strong team of staff and volunteers, the theatre plays a major role in regional culture and draws in visitors from all over the Montreal area, Eastern Ontario, and New England.
