Moulin des Cèdres

A family enterprise, the Moulin des Cèdres is dedicated to a sustainable, organic future. The family built the new mill with recycled and reconditioned equipment, and mills grains cultivated by Les Fermes Longprés, a certified organic farm. The family-run farm has been producing organic cereals, and is well known for their sunflower oil. With the mill running, the family now sells flours, oatmeal, oils and other organic local products processed directly on site in Les Cèdres. Their products can be found at the farm or at many other shops in the region.
