Érablière St-Henri
An authentic local experience!
Little St-Henri sugar shack has a special history. Built in the 40s but abandoned for many years, the cabin waited until the 1980s until it was revived. Over the years, the owners improved the property and now, the St-Henri maple syrup grove has 20,000 tapped trees. What makes St-Henri different from other sugar shacks? The property has evolved as a permaculture farm. On weekends, folk music will enhance your meal. To end the day, take a ride in a horse-drawn sleigh or hike the trails. Don't forget that the maple grove is located on Mont Rigaud and you might see deer!
